Walker Hill

Walker Hill is a Partner at Columbia Project Management Partners. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, with expertise spanning site selection and acquisition, project feasibility analysis, securing financing, entitlement and zoning approvals, design and planning coordination, team management, construction oversight, and risk management. Walker has a deep passion for building innovative urban buildings and commercial/mixed-use projects. Over the course of his real estate career, he has generated over $600 million in asset value and participated in the construction of more than 1 million square feet of commercial space. His project experience covers Mixed-use, Masterplan, Hospitality, Office, and Retail developments.

Prior to joining Columbia Project Management Partners, Walker served as the Managing Partner of Risdon Group, a real estate development firm based in Sarasota, FL. Earlier in his career, he held a Project Manager position at CBRE, a global leader in real estate services. Walker is also the co-founder of a nonprofit organization in Nashville, TN, dedicated to supporting the art and creative communities.
