Susan LaGanke

Susan LaGanke, residing in Arizona is a Managing Partner of Columbia Project Management Partners with over 25 years in CRE. She is a responsible for all aspects of project development, contract execution and risk mitigation, project delivery, strategic capital planning, acquisition and disposition sales transaction support, design and construction coordination, procurement, budget and schedule management, quality control, and relocation. During her tenure, she also

consults for law firms relative to technical lease review. Susan provides project services to a variety of regional and national clients, both for Occupiers and Investors. Her project experience covers office, manufacturing, healthcare and industrial uses, as well as supporting capital markets and asset management teams. She continues to exceed client expectations delivering results by crafting creative forward-thinking solutions and team accountability, to achieve

strategic and tactical results.

Susan’s previous positions and most recently noted as the Senior Managing Director for the Southwest Region (Phoenix, Las Vegas, Denver and Salt Lake City) & West Multi Market Practices with Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, held positions as the Sr. Managing Director of Project Management at CBRE leading the Americas Multi Market Practice, the Latin America Leader focused on Global Clients as a liaison and the Southwest Regional Lead as well as National Project Management Lead for the Law Firm Practice Group.
