Steven Shupp is a Senior Project Director for Columbia Project Management Partners,primarily representing the San Diego County market. His experience in Owner and Tenant leasing and acquisitions is comprehensive and his participation in projects is typically initialized at broker/client engagement and continues through occupancy and closeout. For 12 years, Steven was Managing Director of Project Management for CBRE for the San Diego, Orange County, and Hawaii regions. At one time, Steven managed a team of 12 project managers in these regions. Prior to his time at CBRE, Steven served in the same role for 15 years as Managing Director for Cushman and Wakefield, overseeing the San Diego and Orange County offices.


On behalf of Tenant and Owner client representation, Steven has overseen major

projects in the sectors of tech, engineering, insurance, life science, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, defense, medical, retail and education. He personally managed over twenty law practice tenant improvements, several for Am Law 100 firms. He was instrumental in the development of corporate campuses for Broadcom, Nokia, and Illumina, Steven holds master’s degrees in architecture and business from the University of Michigan and is a registered architect with the State of California.
