Sara Lounsberry

Sara Lounsberry is a project management veteran who has worked with over 125 clients managing project work upwards of $750M in value over her 25-year career. Her love for design and seeing spaces come to life was the springboard to a career working with high profile clients across the country on projects ranging in size from 5,000 to 350,000 square feet. Sara managed a team of ten at a large corporate real estate firm for 5 years before she realized that she preferred the day-to-day lifestyle of a project manager. Her commitment to the fine print never waivers and her inherent organizational skills are blatantly apparent. Sara’s collaborative management style builds strong relationships with clients, brokers and vendors – the team’s success is her goal.

Sara spent some time in Austin, Texas but boomeranged back to Colorado in 2023 - family and friends brought her home. With a love for live music, you will most likely find her at Red Rocks during concert season, on her yoga mat during the week or on the slopes when ski season hits.
