Jim Wrich is the Principal and Founder of Columbia Project Management Partners. He is responsible for all aspects of project development, execution, and delivery, including strategic planning, site acquisition, lease and sales transaction support, design and construction coordination, procurement, budget and schedule management, quality control, and relocation. Jim and his partners provide services to a variety of regional, national, and global clients, both for owners and tenants in the public and private sectors. His project experience covers manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, life sciences, industrial and office uses, as well as supporting capital markets and asset management teams.
In his previous roles as Principal and Managing Director of Project Management at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, Jim led the project management and development services businesses in the Western and Southern U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central & South America. He has managed over $1.5 billion in capex program spending annually and has delivered projects over $200 million. Before joining CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, Jim served as Director of Construction and Engineering for Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and is a nine-year veteran of the US Navy.
